Civil Design Advantage (CDA) has immediate need for two (2) Construction Observation persons. One position is full-time permanent employment and the other is full-time seasonal employment. Primary responsibility will be to provide construction observation services for civil projects in the Des Moines Metro area with the majority of the time expected to be in Ankeny, Iowa. Duties to include verifying construction compliance with specifications and plans, documenting project quantities, testing, and effectively communicating with the project team. Required qualifications include experience in utility/construction observation and a valid driver's license. CDA is an EEO/AA Employer.
