A neighborhood meeting was held on March 31, 2016 to present the conceptual plan for a Single Family Subdivision called Brook Landing. Upon rezoning, Brook Landing will create approximately 184 single family homes southwest of the intersection of E Douglas Avenue and NE 56th Street in Des Moines, Iowa. The Northridge Village groundbreaking ceremony was held in Ames, with magnificent attendance. Located on 12 acres of land in north Ames, Iowa, Northridge Village will provide senior living amenities with independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing units. Construction has commenced and is anticipated to be complete in August of 2015. Civil Design Advantage is the project’s Civil Engineer and Landscape Architect for this highly anticipated continuing care retirement community.
