CDA recognizes the advantage of utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a tool in conjunction with other services offered by CDA. In nearly every project, GIS data serves as a foundation when analyzing potential development projects. In addition to its use as a preliminary due diligence tool, GIS data and software utilized by CDA is used to perform services ranging from site selection to in-depth site analysis to high-quality cartographic output. Data acquisition, spatial analysis, file conversion/integration, data reporting and map publishing are all GIS related services provided by CDA.
